Dubai Creek Harbour represents an exciting joint venture between Dubai Holding and Emaar Properties, capitalising on their core strengths to develop a financially viable and ecologically responsible community in which to live, work and play.

Dubai Creek is the cornerstone of Dubai’s heritage. As a natural harbour, the Creek was historically a busy regional hub for trade, fishing and pearling – it was the original lifeline, where Dubai began its expansion into the city we know today. Preserving both the cultural and environmental aspects of the site is at the forefront of the Dubai Creek Harbour development – integrating a smart, green city, whilst building on cultural heritage.

Located next to Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, a home to an abundance of native flora and fauna, Dubai Creek Harbour aims to bring harmony between responsible city living and creating an awareness of sustainable biodiversity.

Dubai Holding owns some of the most extensive land banks in Dubai, and in partnership with Emaar Properties, employs innovative technology to minimise environmental impact, by actively planning, designing and developing the extensive green spaces across 6 million m2 of premium land at Dubai Creek. The development will introduce integrated, sustainable transport connecting people across the community to create a dynamic city of the future.

The first residential destination on the Dubai Creek development, will be Dubai Creek Residences, which will house over 4,000 residents by 2019.
